After winning the EFL Championship playoffs, Nottingham Forest wanted to understand what differentiates successful and unsuccessful newly-promoted teams in the Premier League.

The report informed analysis and coaching staff around appropriate performance targets, and guided necessary playing style changes upon promotion.
