Solution
In the summer of 2023, we supported INEOS leadership with an evaluation of the Manchester United squad, to ensure preparedness for a potential transaction.
Our models help support recommendations on where the club would likely receive the biggest bang for their buck in terms of improving the team’s overall performance, as well as assessing fair market value for salaries and transfer fees of existing players within the squad.
Impact
INEOS completed their transaction of Manchester United within six months of the work, and set about significant changes to the club’s football operations.
