To find and evaluate head coaches for the world’s best club for player development.
Solution
Having had their head coach poached by Norwich City, we worked with FCN to evaluate a longlist of candidates against a set of criteria, focused on track record of overperformance, playing style fit, and ability to play and develop young players.
Impact
FCN promoted their assistant Jens Olsen, and continued their track record of developing world-class talent and overperforming relative to budget.
