Challenge
Bristol City are one of the biggest clubs to have never played in the Premier League. Battling against clubs with parachute payments, the club’s needed to find a way to compete.
Solution
Working with the club’s ownership and management through 2023 and 2024, we supported the club through a review of the existing squad and development of a squad building strategy, head coach recruitment, and support in identifying undervalued players.
Impact
In 2025, Bristol City reached the Championship playoffs for the first time since 2008.
