Helen has been working as a consultant at fast growing start-ups and scaleups, building talent and culture initiatives for the last 2 years, after having served as an in-house Head of People at FYXER.

“My motivations are to work with companies and leaders who care deeply about their people, and therefore I’ve found a natural home at TFG, with it’s “Good Egg” culture that starts from the top and filters through every facet of the business.

I’m excited to work alongside Blake and the Leadership team on projects that I find engaging and incredibly valuable to companies at TFG’s growth stage, including Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Talent acquisition, Culture, Values and Wellbeing”
