Right To Dream asked us to help them understand what the journey of world-class talent looks like.
Solution
As one of the leading developers of talent in world football, Right to Dream wanted to stretch their understanding of how they can better identify, nurture, and provide opportunities to world-class talent. By analysing data in the organisations key countries, we were able to support them on picking out key milestones in a player’s career, and the point and speed at which young players need to be developing in order to become capable of playing at the highest levels of the game.
Impact
Right to Dream have developed a more common ‘language’ within the organisation to describe and predict talent, and can better plan for and nurture their athletes.
