We held a day’s workshop for the COPA90 leadership team, focusing on the agency’s overall goals related to fan intelligence, their current capabilities, and where they thought the most value would be for clients. Following the session, we prepared a strategy and technology roadmap, focusing on client and fan goals, to help plan their next 12 months.
